Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel renewal anytime on monthly or yearly plans; access continues through the paid term. Cancel during the seven-day trial to avoid the next monthly charge. Billing is not connected yet, and yearly pricing is still being prepared.
What can I use today?
All lessons, guides, the password generator, and the downloadable checklist are free. The product workspace uses sample data. Paid memberships are not available yet.
What would Individual monitor?
The planned starting point is new covered breach records involving an email you verify. This is not complete internet surveillance, a live view of attackers, or a scan of your phone. Coverage and launch availability will be published before sales begin.
Could I help a parent or another adult?
The planned Family membership includes up to five adults, each with their own account. An adult would choose which alerts or tasks to share and could revoke access at any time. Paying for a plan would not let you read someone else’s private information. Member management is available in the pilot through Settings → Family members. Invitations use manually shared codes; paid Family access is not connected yet.
What would Executive include?
A named security specialist, an initial review of your personal accounts, devices and home Wi-Fi, a monthly review, and help preparing and following up on eligible removal requests. The proposed $499/month covers one adult. Family coverage, case limits, support hours and response times must be agreed before purchase. Legal representation, insurance, guaranteed removals and 24/7 incident response are not included.
