What this preview holds
The sample experience uses a fictional name, email address, and findings. Your changes to sample checklists, drafts, and preferences are stored by the hosted service on Railway. A session cookie keeps your space separate from other sessions.
If providers are connected
The company mail domain uses AgentMail. Public sign-in is not enabled. When enabled, requesting a sign-in code sends your address to the configured transactional email provider. With your consent, a verified email can be shared with Have I Been Pwned for a direct lookup. Optional AI shares your message with OpenAI; common email and phone patterns are redacted, but other private information may remain. No AI message is sent in sample mode.
Storage and control
Account record contents are encrypted by the hosted service. You can export your space or delete it from Settings & privacy. Deletion removes active records and sessions. Daily Railway volume snapshots have six-day retention. Active account deletion does not immediately erase older snapshots or provider records. Public sign-in remains disabled while the legal operator, provider retention, and consumer terms are finalized.
No advertising trackers
This preview does not load advertising trackers or sell information. The public product’s privacy policy must accurately reflect the final hosting and provider configuration. This notice describes the current preview; it is not a completed production policy.
