Avenvale vs DeleteMe: compare the removal workflow
Understand broker coverage, evidence and follow-up before choosing a removal service.

| Consider | Avenvale | DeleteMe |
|---|---|---|
| Managed requests | Not available; sample draft workflow only | Removal service advertised |
| Coverage evidence | Public registry profiles, separate from active coverage | Review its current covered-sites list and plan terms |
| Progress expectation | No measured removal times yet | Initial report advertised in seven days; not universal removal timing |
What DeleteMe advertises
DeleteMe describes a service that searches for personal information, handles removals and repeats checks through the year. It advertises an initial report in seven days. A report deadline is not a promise that every listing will be removed in seven days.
Where Avenvale stands
Avenvale currently provides a public broker directory, official request links, free privacy lessons and a sample removal-draft workflow. We do not send managed removal requests today. Directory entries are research, not a list of brokers from which we have removed customer information.
The distinction we want to make visible
Our proposed workflow separates a matched listing, a request draft, approval, delivery, a broker response and a later recheck. Each step should show its evidence. A sent email should never silently become a “removed” result. That transparency is our design commitment, not a comparative performance claim.
Ask what the coverage count means
A provider might count legal businesses, websites, brands or manual request options. Those totals are not interchangeable. Check whether your actual listing is supported, whether custom removals cost extra and whether follow-up is included. Our directory counts each registry business once, even if it lists several brands.
Start without a subscription
Use a broker’s official privacy-request route if you want to act yourself. California residents can also review the state’s free DROP service. A paid service’s value should be the work it actually performs and the evidence it gives you, rather than hiding available self-service routes.
