Your email can unlock other services through password resets. If something looks wrong, use your provider’s official recovery process.

## Try this

1. Review recovery email addresses and phone numbers. Remove anything you do not recognize.
2. Review signed-in devices and sessions. Sign out unfamiliar sessions and change a compromised password.
3. Check forwarding rules for changes you did not make. Turn on two-factor authentication.
